Screwed up the WOD. Finished in 3:27 with high knees but only did 5 burpees instead of 10. So I guess I owe 20 burpees to the clock – I took for breaks.
Might just redo it tomorrow, I need to do more high knees anyway to improve my k2b.
Did floor press 3RM of 65kg instead, WOD took 6:20 with one set of toes to bar, high knees for the rest. Came off the bar about five times. Well done to Cain, welcome back Edel and Cameron, and thanks to James, T, and Johnny for looking after us so well.
3RM was 47.5kg,…up 7.5kg from my 1RM. Happy days. 6.23 for WOD plus burpees. Good luck to coach Cam too for his operation moro.

52.5kg for my push press.. new pb! Had no previous 3rm but Previous 1rm was 47.5 so up a good bit so happy out!
Didnt do wod, had to do the qualifier for the filthy 150. Damn i felt every bit of last weeks holiday!
