60kg for the WOD, Burpees are always a good way to start the week 🙂
35kg for wod. Burpees don’t suck as much as they used to!
40kg for the WOD
45kg for the WOD, nice combination of squats & burpees
50kg, not too many burpees so able to work on speed with them!
