Level 2 for wod (20kg) and I even managed a few 20″ box JUMPS woohoo, but after the first round my legs were too tired so I stepped up to avoid another mangled shin scenario. 4 rds plus 2 BBJs!
3 rounds + 3 clusters, feeling a few twinges during it so took it nice and slow. Happy with the squats as well, though I should have gone a bit heavier on the front squats.
Enjoyed the WOD managing 4 full rounds and 2 clusters within the 7 minutes , but still hate those squats and burpees.
