11.06 but did last three rounds with push ups after knee acted up. That rope freaks me out but I got a little bit higher this time. Stuck with the scale for the wod though. Thanks Theresa for the help and encouragement today!
12.49 and scaled for the rope climb. Delighted that I was able to do it after the class…very much regretting not having knee high socks on though..ouchies!!

13.33 for WOD!! :-/ Done rope climbs for workout… They are hard!!! Legs are still like jelly from squats!!! 😀 It was enjoyable seeing them get soaked after haw haw haw 😀

10.25, first time to do rope climbs proper so happy with that. Had to do russian swings though as lower back was acting up :-/

Managed 2 rope climbs then went to scaled version. Completed WOD in a very sweaty 15:38 – can’t say the 200 squats were my favourite
