Metcon time, 19.45. It’s a long enough one. Good to get more skill practice with the clean.
30.41 for this one with 50kg. Found it tough after Barbara yesterday, thanks Edel for the encouragement.
Oh my god, doubted whether I would complete this one – klepto nightmare. Finished in 25:53 with 40kg cleans – one hell of a WOD
