13.38 for Metcon but with 45kg. Shaky legs for sure.
My time was 14:52 or something around that. Did 16kg goblet squats instead of wall balls and 55kg for deadlifts. Going to be sore tomorrow!
80kg deadlifts and 20lb wall ball along with the lunges in 16.34 seconds. Walking lunges felt like a break on this 🙂
Time was 13:04, with 55kg deadlifts + 14lb wall ball. I agree – the walking lunges really did feel like a wee break where I could get my breath back on this one!
13:50 with 80kg DL & 20lb Wall Ball….that’s “leg day” covered!!
