Ugh found that one tough, lunges puke, burpees over the bar puke!!! Somehow managed it in 12.46 or 12.48 not fully sure, with 25 kg.
I don’t know what you guys are putting in my water but I’m starting October as an unlimited member so I’ll be putting myself through this even more often now! Eek!!!!!!
I was happy with that one. Lunges not brilliant but with 30kg I managed it in 13.10 so that was good.
Got the WOD done in 15:50 with 22.5kg on the bar. Tough one this morning.
Busy tonight. Only had 40 on bar for wod need to up my weights finished dead on nine mins. Well done to all who rx it. 🙂

I finally got around to doing this one today, 11:13 using 45kg, wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be, which probably means I should have gone heavier 🙂
