Got as far as 5 rds plus 1 snatch on 6th rd using 18kg. Only 23.5kg for HPS. I officially suck at it. Oh well every day can’t be a good day. That’s why I love crossfit. Have a great weekend guys 😀

45kg 2RM, used 30kg for the WOD. I got a bit confused in the fourth round, did 15 t2b instead of twelve so put five rounds on the board. It should have just been 4 rounds+6 burpee over box. Not used to these morning workouts, thanks Steve and Shannon for the company!
Managed 47.5 for HPS. Then completed 4 rounds plus 4 Burpees in the WOD with 30kg although realised can’t count when did 13 instead of 12 in round 4.

Those burpees are only mildly interesting with the box included, I still hate them and sit ups !!!!!
Got 32.5kg for 2rm and got 4 rounds and 14 burpees for the WOD, tough one!

50kg for 2RM HPS… 4rds + 4T2B for Metcon with 35kg on the bar!!
45kg 2rm. Wod using 35kg, 4 rds and 13 power snatch. Happy with toes to bar today tho.

36.5 for 2RM. 4 Rds 13 burpees with 25kg
32.5kg for the 2rm HPS. Completed 5 rounds & 1 power snatch. The burpee box jumps were tough on a Friday evening! Enjoy the weekend all! 🙂
Its a bit late but i got 38kgs for the power snatch and 4 rounds and 6 power snatches in the WOD 🙂
