A very bad 3 rds and 25 du. Stuck with the proper girls target instead of the lower one for the wall balls. I’ll have to grow a few cm if it’s going to get any easier lol. Definitely need to work on my du a lot!
Good to see new members Gerard Sproule (Sligo) and Gerry McGowan (from Mayo) attending their first session last night, they were both very impressive and can do pull ups already, I think they were doing sneaky practise.
Welcome to the madness lads, enjoy Crossfit Sligo, it is crazy but addictive and they tell me that all of the blood sweat and pain is actually good for me, I am not convinced just yet.
5 rounds and 5 wall balls. Messed up with strengthening, miscalculated few plates and ended up lifting more than we were suppose to do… feeling it on my legs big time! :O

Wasn’t doing any skipping today so used the rower for the first time, did four rounds of wall-balls+2 cals.

Done 24kg goblet squats instead of wall ball. Got 7 rounds 15 goblets… Finally starting to enjoy double unders!! 🙂
