EMOM turned into AMRAP , managing 6 rounds plus 3 burpees at 30kg – bit of a killer.
Holy moly that was awful hard and I wasn’t even doing thrusters lol!. Did front squats and box jumps. It turned into an amrap at round 8 I think. Got to 9 rds and 1 box jump.
