4:19 for wod. Did 28kg front squats and ring rows. Enjoyed all the squatting today:-)
5:30 for WOD. Did 20kg back squats n box steps. First day back after 2 weeks. Surprised I not forgotten how to squat!! Great to be back, I really missed it 🙂

Did it in 3:14 using 20.5kg for OHS’s. So many squats….
WOD in 7:14 with 30kg OHS’s & Pull Ups.. Great not to see the “B” word (burpee) on the board tonight!!
4.15 with 15kg
4mins using 18kg and ring rows!!! Enjoyed it but need to practise my OHS :-/
Serious work needed with my OH squats! 7.11 on the WOD. Work’s cut out for me on this one.
