I totally rocked that WOD with an 8kg bar for overhead squats and managed 3 rounds n 8 ringrows.
But as Louise pointed out to Edel 8kg is an actual weight 🙂 🙂
Enjoyed 14.2 WOD more than expected when checked site this morning, managing 3 full rounds , and only 4 pull ups (banded) off my fourth. Did 65kg on speed dead lifts , might be developing a little bit of muscle – fire those glutes!!
Did 50kg for speed deadlifts. Just used 8kg bar for what was my first overhead workout in a couple of weeks and my shoulder’s still intact… Phew!!! Got 9 full rounds plus 18 OHS. Those ring rows suck even more than the OHS!
I’ve been bold not posting recently… did speed deadlifts @70kg, used 20kg for the OHS and ringrows instead of CTBs. Only got to 3rounds + 10rr, made a mess of things that day, I forgot to go up to 12 reps for rounds 3-4, only copped on while I was resting before the next round.

45kg for dead lifts
32.5 KG deadlifts – prob could have gone to 35! WOD with 8KG (heavier than air) bar for OHS. Managed 5 rounds and 7 RR. NOt bad!

Ouch, my shoulders!!! 60kg for SDL’s. For 14.2, I used 20kg for OHS and did RR’s… Got 7 rounds 11 OHS’s.
Done my max dead lift tonight as I hadn’t done it managed 85kg, 8 rounds with 13kg for OHS oh lordie them ring rows 😀 😀 Ouch!!!!!
