80kg 3RM, managed two at 82.5 so was happy with that. WOD was a disaster though, had hoped to do 32.5kg but found it was hurting my wrist warming up. Dropped to 25kg during the second round but was still really painful so I just stopped after the third round. Was gutted as I was looking forward to this one, but guess I was due a bad day. An early night tonight and back at it tomorrow!

45kgs 3RM front squat. Went light with weights for WOD 18kgs OHS and ring rows 11.37
95kg for the 3RM, 40kg for the WOD wit pull ups, think was around 16mins
50kg for front squat. Tried 52.5kg but my reps weren’t low enough! Have to try that again when my knee is fully better.
9.23 for wod with 18kg ohs.
